A completed entry form and the entry fee must be received by Hayling Island SC on or before 12 July 2010.

1. You must complete the Entry form and the On-line payment in one session.
2. Complete all fields - for safety reasons contact details must be completed.
3. Do NOT use ALL caps.
4. After the completion of the Entry Form you will be taken to the On-line payment area.
5. Entry is not complete until the on-line payment has been received at the HISC Office.
6. A list of entries will be published on the HISC website, please allow 24hrs for updates.

By completing and submitting this form to HISC I/we agree to be bound by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing, and all other rules that govern this event including the NOR, Sailing Instructions and local Sailing Instructions. I/We accept the Statement of Liability in the Notice of Race which excludes the right to claim compensation in certain circumstances.

During the event I/we will hold a valid and current third party insurance of at least £2,000,000 or equivalent foreign currency.
