Entry and NOR
HISC Youth Race Week is open to Optimist (main and red-ribbon fleets), Topper, RS Tera (main and red-ribbon fleets), 420, 29er, Laser 4.7, Laser Radial, Laser Standard, RS Feva XL, RS200 and RS500 dinghies. If fewer than six boats of a class are entered the class may be canceled or combined into a handicap class. Training Optimists that do not comply with the International Optimist Class rules may compete in the ‘red ribbon' fleet
The entry fee includes the BBQ on Monday and Event Ball on Thursday.
All competitors shall be aged less than 18 years on 5 August 2010, except that competitors in the Optimist class shall be aged less than 16 years on the 31 December 2010.

Entries received in the HISC entry database without On-line payment are not valid and will be removed. Check the Entry Lists here on the website to confirm your entry acceptance. Please allow 24 hours for update.
The Single Hander entry for the Youth Race Week is £85.00 or £75.00 HISC member.
The Two Hander entry for the Youth Race Week is £110.00 or £100.00 HISC member.
Full Names of Helm and Crew are required on the Entry Forms (NOT just first names, initials or nicknames).
On-line entry will be available until 31 July 2010 - On-Line entry now closed
All Youth Competitors are also required to complete and present a Parent/Guardian Declaration to the Office before taking part in the event. Please print out, complete and bring the form to Registration.

Monday 2 August - Competitors Briefing 11:00 hrs.

The Bar is open: 11:00 – 23:00 Every Day.
The Restaurant is open daily: Breakfast 08:00 – 10:00, Lunch 12:30 – 14:00, Dinner: 18:30 - 21:00.
Packed Lunches will be available to purchase from the Snack Bar from: 09:00hrs
Accommodation is available at HISC. A list of further local accommodation can be requested from the Club Office.

Boat Parking
Trailer storage will be in a designated area in the Carpark next to the Lifeboat station, please ensure all trailers are labelled with owners name and sail number.
Mobile homes/camper vans
Mobile homes/camper vans may not be used for sleeping in overnight on the HISC premises, which includes
the car park, overflow car park and the causeway. This is a requirement of planning legislation and is outside the control of the club.
The local authority actively monitors the club’s compliance with these regulations.
Please help by abiding with this rule so that HISC complies with the law and retains the goodwill of its neighbours.
