A completed entry form and the entry fee of £205 Sterling, must be received by Hayling Island Sailing Club on or before 14 September 2007.
A late entry fee of £255, may be accepted at the discretion of Hayling Island Sailing Club after the 14 September 2007

HISC General Information

The Bar is open: 11:00 – 23:00 Saturday/Sunday. 11:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 – 23:00 Wednesday to Friday
The Restaurant is open daily: Breakfast 08:00 – 10:00, Lunch 12:30 – 14:00, Dinner: 18:30 – 21:00
Packed Lunches will be available to purchase from the Snack Bar from: 09:00hrs
Accommodation is available at HISC. A list of further local accommodation can be requested from the club.
Harbour Chandlers are on site, they can be contacted on 02392 465385 or 01243 375500.
Sail Style can collect and repair sails locally details and contact information at www.sailstyle.co.uk or phone 023 9246 3720.
Berthing and Hauling Out
Craning In/Out is available at Sparkes Marina, advanced booking is required: £70.
Launching is also available via slipways at Hayling Island Sailing Club, free of charge to those entered in the regatta.
Trailer storage will be in a designated area in the Carpark next to the Lifeboat station, please ensure all trailers are labelled with owners name and sail number.
Boats shall berth in Chichester Harbour for the duration of the Championship. Berths are reserved at Sparkes Marina Tel. 02392 463572, for the Tuesday – Saturday nights inclusive, further nights can be booked at £2.60 per meter, per night.
Berthing may be up to 3 or 4 deep so please bring adequate warps and fenders.

Mobile homes/camper vans
Mobile homes/camper vans may not be used for sleeping in overnight on the HISC premises, which includes
the car park, overflow car park and the causeway. This is a requirement of planning legislation and is outside
the control of the club. The local authority actively monitors the club’s compliance with these regulations.
Please help by abiding with this rule so that HISC complies with the law and retains the goodwill of its Neighbours.
