Entry

Entry is open to International Contender, Fireball & Merlin Rocket class boats

Eligible boats may enter at the Hayling Island SC office on the day of the event.

Contender - £35

Fireball & Merlin Rocket - £40

Racing will take place in Hayling Bay or Chichester Harbour - Tidal Sets available here

Briefing for competitors on Sat 10 June 11:00 hrs

Racing Fleets will be split:

Merlin Rockets on one course and Fireballs / Contenders on the other.

10 June - First warning signal 13:00 hrs - 3 races scheduled
11 June - First warning signal 11:00 hrs - 3 races scheduled

Reception is open daily: 09:00 - 17:00 - Tel: +44 (0)23 9246 3768

The Bar is open: 11:00 - 24:00 Saturday/Sunday. 11:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 - 23:00 Monday to Friday.

The Restaurant is open daily: Breakfast 08:00 - 10:30, Lunch 12:30 - 14:00, Dinner: 18:30 - 21:00.

Packed Lunches will be available to purchase from the Snack Bar from: 09:00hrs

Accommodation is available at HISC.

Harbour Chandlers are on site, they can be contacted on 07855 440 605.


Boat Parking

Trailer storage will be in a designated area in the Carpark next to the Lifeboat station, please ensure all trailers are labelled with owners name and sail number.


Mobile homes/Camper vans

No mobile homes/camper vans may remain within the precincts of the club, which includes the car park, overflow car park and the causeway, between the hours of 23.00 and 07.00hrs unless they have pre-booked and paid the prevailing fee to the club office. The number of available spaces is restricted and the camper van must be parked in the allocated area as directed by the HISC Office.

Please help by abiding with this rule so that HISC complies with the law and retains the goodwill of its neighbours.
