Book via the online system so we know numbers, but pay on the night.  

Friday 3rd June

Curry Night / Elite Curry Night menu available here

Book via the online system.
The servery will have a list of all those who have booked. 
RS Elites -  please book via the online booking system.

Saturday 4th June 

4pm - 7pm Burgers & Hot Dogs with a Steel Band on the Balcony   

After racing the steel band will transport you to the Caribbean whilst you enjoy your burgers and hot dogs on the balcony.     

6pm - 9pm Hot Fork Buffet

Evening Party with DJ
Later join us for a Great Party atmosphere. With a DJ playing until late that evening we are looking forward to another classic HISC party!

Sunday 5th June

Regatta Tea - Scones with local fresh cream and delicious strawberry jam, tantalizing tasty treats, traditional sausage rolls, served with tea
(gluten free and vegan options available)

Available to all competitors of the Whitsun Regatta, a limited number of tickets will be available to purchase.

Events Cancellation Policy

We will refund you in full if you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your booking. 

Cancellation within 48 hours is non refundable except for in the below situations.

In exceptional circumstances some cancellations within 48 hours will be offered a 50% refund onto their membership club card.

If a ticketed space can be resold then we will refund you in full.
