Wednesday Early Evening Series - Round up

The Wednesday Early Evening Series has wrapped up after 10 weeks of brilliant midweek racing, with an impressive 131 boats competing across the Fast, Medium and Slow Handicap Fleets. From light airs to breezy evenings, conditions tested every sailor. The series was a real showcase of HISC's vibrant sailing community.

Fast Handicap Fleet
Rob Gullan & Rob Ashman delivered a superbly consistent series to claim top spot in the fast fleet. Ben Palmer & crew took second place, followed by Louis Johnson & crew in third.

Medium Handicap Fleet
Ollie Holden showed fantastic form throughout the series to take the win. Tom & Lucy Hewitson took second place, with Simon Hill in third.

Slow Handicap Fleet
Guy Mayger sailed a confident and consistent series to top the Slow Fleet. Jamie Harris secured second place, with Nick Rawlings in third.

A huge thank you to all competitors, race officers, and safety crews who made the series possible. The Wednesday Late series begins next week, we look forward to seeing even more great racing on the water.
